Subject to your payment of the applicable price and adherence to the restrictions below and other terms in this disclaimer, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Download and install the purchased Plugins on your computers.
- Utilize all sounds, effects, and functionalities in the Plugins for producing your music. All content in the Packs and Plugins is royalty-free and permitted for commercial use.
You must not under any circumstances:
- Share the Plugins / Packs with individuals who have not purchased them on philspeiser.com.
- Resell the Packs.
If you violate any terms of this disclaimer, the above license will automatically terminate upon such breach (regardless of whether we notify you of termination).
Refund Policy:
The Packs are digital products. We offer a 30-day refund period from the date of purchase for plugins. If you are not satisfied within this period, you may request a refund by contacting our support team. Refunds are subject to our review and may be declined if there is evidence of significant use or violation of our terms.
